Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your Rugscom account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective packaging or equivalent heavy-duty plastic to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Refund

    Drop the item at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned rug, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
